Terms of use
Effective 4 October 2026
The rules for using IronTrack, in plain language. Please read the part about medical advice.
Using IronTrack
These terms are an agreement between you and Suman Kumar Raj, who runs IronTrack. By using the hosted app at track-sr-8532.vercel.app or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be 18 or older, or the age of legal majority where you live if that's higher, to create an account. By creating one, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Using the app without an account keeps your data on your device.
Not medical advice
IronTrack gives general fitness and nutrition information: weight suggestions, calorie and macro targets, recovery estimates and meal plans. These are estimates from formulas, not advice from a doctor, dietitian or coach, and they don't take your health conditions into account.
- Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or diet plan, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, an eating disorder, or are pregnant.
- Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
- Train within your limits, use a spotter or safety equipment for heavy lifts, and use your own judgement about any suggestion.
Weight suggestions (such as adding about 2.5% after you hit the top of your rep range) are automatic estimates based on your last session, not professional training prescriptions. Choose every load yourself, warm up properly and put technique first. Exercise carries a risk of injury, and you train at your own risk.
Your account
Use an email address you own, keep your password private, and tell me at irontrack.privacy@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Your data
Your workouts, logs and profile are yours. You give me permission to store, copy and transmit them only as needed to run the app and sync them for you. The privacy policy explains what's collected and how to export or delete it.
Price and paid features
IronTrack is free to use today. I may add optional paid features later, such as tools for coaches. If I do, the price and what you get will be shown clearly before you pay, and you'll never be charged without agreeing first. Features that are free today won't be moved behind a paywall.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. That means don't try to access other people's data, break or overload the service, get around its security checks, create accounts in bulk or with addresses you don't own, or use it for anything illegal.
Open-source code
IronTrack's source code is published under the MIT license, which lets anyone use, copy and modify it. These terms cover only the hosted app that I run. Copies hosted by other people are their responsibility, under their own terms.
Availability and backups
I work to keep IronTrack running and your data safe, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backup with Settings → Export Full Backup. If you use IronTrack without an account, your data exists only on your device and is lost if you clear your browser's site data, use a private browsing window, or lose or reset the device. You're responsible for exporting backups, and I'm not liable for data lost in these ways. I may change or stop the service; if I plan to shut it down, I'll give at least 30 days' notice in the app so you can export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or injuries from training or diet decisions you make using the app. While IronTrack is free, my total liability to you is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using IronTrack at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete account. I may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and I'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, I'll update the date at the top. For important changes, I'll tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use IronTrack after that means you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's a problem, email me first and I'll try to sort it out. Any dispute that can't be resolved goes to the courts of India.
